NOTE: We do not get a lot of mail from our jewelry customers, nor do we expect to. If we do not hear from them, one can safely assume that everyone is satisfied and happy. Sometimes, however, due to an unanticipated production or shipping problem, there is a delay in the delivery of an item. In those instances, a dialog ensues and we request our customers to let us know when their order has finally arrived.

Yes, thank you, the ring did arrive and I LOVE it!
I am 34 and I have been a Giger fan since my father took me to see Alien in the theatre in 1979.

Ever since then, I have been somewhat obsessed with Giger's work. 
My first book was his NYC portfolio, which I have still in very good condition. (of course, now, I have all the other books published since then also).

It is important to me to have things that are officially Giger, and not
some knockoff. The ring is beautiful, and I enjoy wearing it very much.

I received the pendant on 10/4/04. It is a beautiful piece, and my wife definitely loved it. She said it is like "wearing a sculpture," and was highly impressed with the detail put into it (though I would expect nothing less from Giger).

Also, thanks for the coupons and other items from the Museum 
H.R. Giger. We are hoping to visit Europe this summer and Gruyere 
is definitely in our list! It looks simply breathtaking... We might have 
a hard time leaving once we get there :-)

I would like to thank you for your candor and kindness. It has been 
a long and worthy wait. I think Robert Burns said it best:
