Shipping & Returns

Shipping
To assure there is proper tracking information for the shipping of your order, all purchases are shipped via Registered Mail with a Confirmation of Delivery Receipt. requiring your signature upon delivery. Please enter your full address since the USA Postal Service will not ship Registered Mail to a P.O. Box number.  All snail mail addresses entered via our webstore orders will only be used for shipping your orders. Rest assured that your snail mail address will not be shared with anyone.

Returns

Returning items
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines:

Always consult with us before returning an item, either via email or phone.

Returns Policy
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Damaged Merchandise
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery and/or call us immediately. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return. If the damage became apparent only upon opening the package, please write us about it and include photographs which show the damage cleary, so we can determine the best course of action to remedy the situation.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments.

Lost Orders
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time.

Replacement Merchandise
The original damaged or defective merchandise must be returned and received by us before we can ship any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to the Webstore. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Customer will not be charged for shipping.
